CytoGenX is thoroughly committed to servicing the unique needs of our clients and their patients.  To better meet your special requests and expedite answers to your questions we do not have phone menus.  Representatives in our client service department are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Client services at CytoGenX provides information about products, services and assistance in the following areas:

  • Account set up/revisions to account information
  • Test requisitions tailored for each account
  • Test ordering information
  • Specimen collection and handling requirements
  • Ordering specimen supplies
  • Local courier pickup/scheduling of FedEX pickup
  • Access test results/arrange professional consultations
  • Real time status of results of testing
  • Coordination and follow-up of rare and specialized genetic test requests
  • Genetic counseling services
  • Educational programs
  • Patient education literature

Logistics and Courier Services
We are committed to ensuring the rapid and safe transportation of all specimens to CytoGenX. Contact client services to schedule a pickup.  Courier and overnight services are provided at no cost to our clients.
When calling to schedule a pickup, please provide the following information:

  • Specimen type
  • Time the specimen will be ready
  • Pickup location
  • Time the facility closes
  • Air bill tracking number (if required)
